Thank you for shopping with Kappo. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders across India. By placing an order on www.kappo.in (the "Website"), you agree to the terms set out below. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Where We Ship
Kappo currently ships across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Some remote pin codes may be temporarily unserviceable due to courier-network limitations; if your address is unserviceable, this will be indicated at checkout or communicated to you after order placement.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
• Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote, hilly, and North-East pin codes: 5–10 business days
These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier capacity, weather, regional restrictions, or government action.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery pin code, and are displayed at checkout before payment.
• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹150. Orders below this value will carry a shipping charge displayed at checkout.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD), where available, may carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also track the status of your order from your account on the Website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please write to contact@kappo.in.
6. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is not successful and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping costs or process a refund net of shipping and handling charges.
• If you are unavailable, please ensure someone authorised at the address can receive the package on your behalf.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages
We pack each order carefully so it reaches you in great shape. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please:
• Take clear photographs of the outer package, inner package, and the products.
• Write to contact@kappo.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a brief description.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds terms in the main Terms & Conditions.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because Kappo products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or taste preference once the product has been delivered. Returns and refunds are governed by Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions and apply only to damaged, wrong, expired, or missing-item cases reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Lost in Transit
If your tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, please contact us at contact@kappo.in. We will raise an investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
10. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, regional lockdowns, transport strikes, or government action. In such cases, we will keep you informed and dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity.
